COMMUNITY-MINDED Connie Ruth has been a part of the Owatonna area for 38 years. She worked as General Manager of a cable company covering 24 local communities and as an adjunct instructor for Southwest State University. As a member of Rotary and the Owatonna and Waseca Chambers of Commerce, Connie is in touch with the needs of small businesses. Having raised three children in local schools, Connie also understands the concerns of families. Together with Connie’s childhood on a family farm, Connie is uniquely qualified in representing Steele and Waseca Counties in the Minnesota Legislature.
